Skyworks' ultra-low power digital isolator family are CMOS devices offering significant advantages over traditional isolation technologies in data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, reliability, and external BOM. Operating parameters remain stable across a wide temperature range and throughout device lifetime, enabling ease of design and highly consistent performance. All device versions feature Schmitt-trigger inputs for high noise immunity, requiring only VDD bypass capacitors. All products support data rates up to 1 Mbps and include an enable input for single-point control of output driver enable/disable.
