Introduction
The X-NUCLEO-IHM16M1 motor driver expansion board is based on the STSPIN830 monolithic driver for three-phase brushless motors. It is a cost-effective, easy-to-use solution for driving brushless motors in STM32 Nucleo projects, supporting single-shunt and three-shunt current sensing. The STSPIN830 integrates a PWM current limiter with adjustable threshold along with a full set of protection features. The X-NUCLEO-IHM16M1 expansion board is compatible with Arduino and ST morpho connectors, allowing it to be plugged into STM32 Nucleo boards and stacked with other STM32 Nucleo expansion boards.
