AOS AOZ8851ADI-05

The AOZ8851ADI is an ultra-low capacitance, single-line, bidirectional TVS diode designed to protect high-speed data lines and voltage-sensitive electronic equipment from high transient conditions and ESD.

The device integrates a bidirectional TVS diode in an ultra-compact 0201 package. It can be used to meet the ESD immunity requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 (±15 kV air discharge, ±15 kV contact discharge).

The AOZ8851ADI is available in a RoHS-compliant package and is rated for an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

The ultra-compact 0201 package measuring 0.62 mm × 0.32 mm × 0.3 mm makes the AOZ8851ADI ideal for PCB space-constrained applications.
