Kintex-7 FPGAs are available in -3, -2, -1, -1L, and -2L speed grades, with -3 offering the highest performance. -2L devices are screened for lower maximum static power and can operate at a lower core voltage than -2 devices for reduced dynamic power. -2L industrial temperature devices operate only at VCCINT = 0.95V. -2L extended temperature devices can operate at VCCINT = 0.9V or 1.0V. When -2LE devices operate at VCCINT = 1.0V and -2LI devices operate at VCCINT = 0.95V, their speed specifications are identical to the -2 speed grade (unless otherwise noted). When -2LE devices operate at VCCINT = 0.9V, speed specifications, static power, and dynamic power are all reduced. DC and AC characteristics of Kintex-7 FPGAs are specified across commercial, extended, industrial, and select temperature ranges. Unless the operating temperature range is involved or otherwise noted, all DC and AC electrical parameters are identical for a given speed grade (for example, the timing characteristics of a -1 speed grade specific-temperature device are the same as those of a -1 speed grade commercial temperature device). However, only selected speed grades and/or devices are available within each temperature range. All supply voltage and junction temperature specifications represent worst-case conditions.
