The HCPL-530X devices consist of a GaAsP LED and an integrated high-gain photodetector in a hermetic package. These products operate and store over a wide temperature range, and are available as standard products, as products tested to MIL-PRF-38534 Class H or Class K requirements, or as products sourced from DLA drawing 5962-96852. All devices are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified production line and are listed on the DLA Hybrid Microcircuit Qualified Manufacturers List QML-38534. The minimized propagation delay skew between devices makes these optocouplers an excellent solution for improving inverter efficiency by reducing switching dead time.
