This series of pressure sensors is designed for gas detection. Certified under UL 991 environmental testing, compliant with UL 61010C-1, and tested based on SEMI S2-0200. Features auto-reference functionality, analog output, single-axis type, and direct installation via hex wrench. The breakthrough structural design avoids obstacles for easy top-down installation, reducing installation space; the flexible sensor head design enables embedding in confined spaces; the required sensor head can be easily removed from above during maintenance; space-saving installation eliminates dead zones caused by nuts; easy adjustment allows the sensor head to rotate after installation; cable direction can be changed after installation while keeping the pressure port fixed, without twisting the cable; each sensor head provides independent analog voltage output, with 3 pressure ranges and stainless steel pressure ports available in 3 configurations: M3 male thread, M5 male thread, and R1/8 male thread + M5 female thread.
