Descrizione
The ISO734x-Q1 series devices provide galvanic isolation rated up to 3000 V_RMS for 1 minute per UL 1577 and 4242 V_PK isolation per VDE 0884-10. These devices feature four isolated channels, each consisting of logic input and output buffers separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier. The ISO7340-Q1 has four forward channels, the ISO7341-Q1 has three forward channels and one reverse channel, and the ISO7342-Q1 has two forward channels and two reverse channels. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output state is low (order part number with suffix F) or high (order part number without suffix F). Used in conjunction with an isolated power supply, these devices help prevent noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry. The ISO734x-Q1 devices feature integrated noise filters suited for harsh industrial environments where short noise pulses may appear on device input pins. The ISO734x-Q1 devices have TTL input thresholds and operate over a supply voltage range of 3 V to 5.5 V. Through innovative IC design and layout techniques, the ISO734x-Q1 series achieves significantly enhanced EMC performance, enabling system-level ESD, EFT, and surge protection while meeting radiated emissions standards.
