DK5VxxRxxV is a high-efficiency two-pin synchronous rectification IC, with A and K pins corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode respectively. The IC integrates an internal power NMOS with a breakdown voltage of 45V, 60V, 85V, 100V, or 120V and an on-resistance as low as 10mΩ or 15mΩ, significantly reducing the conduction loss of conventional Schottky diodes and improving overall system efficiency. It is suitable for flyback primary-side regulation and secondary-side regulation applications, supporting CCM, DCM, and quasi-resonant mode operation. The IC employs self-powered technology, requiring no external auxiliary power supply, and features an intelligent detection system that operates without a front-end synchronization signal. It comes in an SM-7 package and can directly replace Schottky rectifier diodes on the market.
