HT2206 is a monolithic function generator IC capable of producing high-quality, high-stability, and high-accuracy sine, square, triangle, sawtooth, and pulse waveforms. Output waveforms can be amplitude- and frequency-modulated via external voltage. Operating frequency is externally selectable from 0.01Hz to over 1MHz. This IC is well suited for communications, instrumentation, and function generator applications requiring sine tone, AM, FM, or FSK generation. Typical drift specification is 20ppm/°C. Oscillator frequency can be linearly swept over a 2000:1 frequency range via external control voltage while maintaining low distortion.
