SGMICRO SGM8422YMS8G/TR

The SGM8422 (dual) and SGM8424 (quad) are low power, high voltage, rail-to-rail input/output op amps. These devices operate from dual supplies ranging from ±2.25V to ±15V or a single supply ranging from +4.5V to +30V. The SGM8422/4 have a gain bandwidth product of 2.4MHz (typical) and consume only 0.72mA per amplifier. They also feature beyond-the-supply-rail common-mode input capability and rail-to-rail output capability, enabling the SGM8422/4 to provide maximum dynamic range at any supply voltage. The SGM8422/4 also offer fast slew rate and settling time. These characteristics make the amplifiers ideally suited for use as voltage reference buffers in TFT-LCD displays. Other applications include battery-powered and portable equipment, as well as any application requiring low power consumption. The SGM8422 is available in Green SOIC-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The SGM8424 is available in Green TSSOP-14 and SOIC-14 packages. Both operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
