This product uses colorless transparent silicone as encapsulant, with a 3036 package lead frame. The emission color is red light at a wavelength of 660nm, the chip size is 14mil×14mil, the viewing angle is 30 degrees, and the material is electrostatic sensitive. The following precautions must be observed during use: storage conditions, handling methods, thermal management, cleaning procedures, and electrical characteristics. For example, before opening the package, LEDs should be stored in an environment of 30℃/60%RH or below; only the lead frame body may be contacted when gripping the LED; excessive drive current will cause the LED junction temperature to exceed its limit value, requiring the LED package device to be mounted on a metal-core PCB; for cleaning, gently wipe with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol; reverse driving of LEDs is not permitted.
