GP9301B is an analog-to-PWM signal converter, functionally equivalent to an ADC with PWM output. The device linearly converts a 0V to 10V analog voltage into a PWM signal with a duty cycle ranging from 0% to 100%, with a duty cycle linearity error of less than 0.5%. It also supports 100K resistor and PWM signal inputs. GP9301BM is a capacitive isolation-enabled variant.

• GP9301BM linearly converts 0V to 10V analog voltage input into 0% - 100% duty cycle PWM signal, then outputs the PWM signal after high-frequency modulation, for capacitive isolation applications.

• Built-in 100uA pull-up current on input signal VIN pin.
