These components feature temperature-compensating characteristics, making them suitable for resonant circuit applications and where stability of Q and capacitance is required. COG dielectric exhibits no change in capacitance over time or voltage, with negligible capacitance variation compared to values at 25℃, and capacitance change limited to ±30ppm/℃ over the -55℃ to +125℃ range.
