This series is a voltage regulator developed using CMOS process technology, featuring high-accuracy output voltage, low quiescent current, and low dropout voltage. The built-in low on-resistance transistor enables operation from input voltages as low as 1.0V while delivering output currents up to 200mA. The output voltage is selectable from 0.8V to 4.0V in 0.05V increments. Output voltage accuracy is ±1.0%. Quiescent current is typically only 30μA during operation. The built-in overcurrent protection circuit limits excessive current through the output transistor, and the thermal shutdown circuit protects the device under high-temperature conditions. This series comes in compact packages suited for space-constrained applications.
