Descrizione
The popular 1N4565 to 1N4584A - 1 series zero temperature coefficient reference diodes offer a 6.4V nominal voltage and temperature coefficient selections as low as 0.0005%/°C for minimal voltage variation over temperature. Four operating current options are available: 0.5mA, 1.0mA, 2.00mA, and 4.00mA. These glass axial-lead DO-35 reference diodes support internal metallurgical bonding selection by adding the "-1" suffix. Microsemi also offers a wide range of other Zener reference diode products for various voltages up to 200V.
