This series of void-free, hermetically sealed bidirectional TVS diodes conforms to MIL-PRF-19500/516, making them ideal for high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. They offer a working peak reverse voltage range of 5.7 V to 152 V, with a power rating of 500 W for 10/1000 μs pulses. They feature a hard-glass construction for exceptional ruggedness and employ internal "Class 1" metallurgical bonding. These devices are available in non-suffix and "A" versions, as described in the nomenclature section, offering different voltage tolerances. These devices are also available in surface-mount MELF package configurations.
