Descrizione
The ZA series transient voltage surge suppressors are radial-lead varistors (MOVs) designed to protect low- and medium-voltage circuits and systems. Typical applications include motor control, telecommunications, solenoids, and power supply circuits, providing protection for PCB components and maintaining data integrity. These devices are available in five package sizes: 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 14mm, and 20mm, with a wide DC voltage range of 5.5V to 615V.
Caratteristiche
- Lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant
- Wide operating voltage range: 4V to 460V AC RMS
- DC voltage rating: 5.5V to 615V
- No derating required up to 85°C ambient temperature

- Radial lead package for hardwired or PCB designs
