The RA Series transient surge suppressors are varistors in a low-profile box package with a precise mounting datum plane for enhanced mechanical stability and secure PCB mounting. This feature makes these devices suitable for vibration-sensitive industrial applications. Their construction allows operation at ambient temperatures up to 125°C without derating. The series offers voltage ratings up to 275V V_M(AC)RMS and energy ratings up to 140J. These varistors are suitable for automotive, motor control, and telecommunications applications.
