The amplified series of medium-pressure sensors is based on proprietary packaging technology to minimize errors. This model provides a ratiometric 4-volt output with excellent output characteristics. The sensor housing is specially designed to reduce parasitic stress and strain caused by packaging. In addition, the sensor employs a silicon-micromachined stress concentration enhancement structure to deliver a highly linear output for pressure measurement. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors provide accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. Each sensor is internally compensated using ASIC compensation technology. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases, and similar media. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage over a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5 volts.
