Sencoch GZP160-201DR

The GZP160 piezoresistive pressure sensor chip is suitable for biomedical, automotive electronics, and other applications. Its core component is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip fabricated using MEMS technology. The pressure-sensitive chip consists of a flexible diaphragm and four resistors integrated on the diaphragm. The four piezoresistors form a Wheatstone bridge configuration: when pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the bridge generates a voltage output signal linearly proportional to the applied pressure. The chip is available in standard SOP6 and DIP6 packages, enabling SMT or DIP mounting. It features excellent linearity, repeatability, and stability, along with high sensitivity, facilitating user calibration and compensation for output and temperature drift.
