This product is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, integrating TrustZone® security technology and a floating-point unit. It operates at up to 250 MHz with a performance of 375 DMIPS. The device features up to 2 MB of embedded Flash and 640 KB of SRAM on-chip, along with a math accelerator for enhanced computational performance.
