Beschreibung
The LP3907-Q1 is a versatile, programmable power management unit (PMU) optimized for low-power FPGAs, microprocessors, and DSPs. The device integrates two high-efficiency 1A and 600mA step-down DC/DC converters with dynamic voltage scaling (DVS), two 300mA LDO regulators, and a 400kHz I2C interface that allows a host controller to access the device's internal control registers. The LP3907-Q1 also features a programmable power-on sequencing. The device is an automotive-grade product certified to AECQ-100 Grade 1. It offers numerous features including programmable power-on sequencing, communication control (I2C), DVS, overcurrent protection, power-good indication, synchronous rectification, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. For light-load applications, this high-efficiency synchronous step-down regulator can enter PFM mode, operating at a lower switching frequency and supply current to maintain high efficiency under very light loads.
