The SZSMF4L series is designed to protect sensitive systems or components from high-voltage, high-energy transients. It features fast response time, low Zener impedance, high surge capability, and excellent clamping performance. Its compact size makes it ideal for automotive electronics applications.
Caratteristiche
- Automotive grade, AEC-Q101 qualified with PPAP capability
- Zener transient overvoltage suppressor
- Unidirectional working peak reverse voltage range: 5 V to 78 V; bidirectional: 10 V to 170 V
- Standard Zener breakdown voltage range: unidirectional 6.4 V to 209.0 V, bidirectional 11.1 V to 95.8 V
- Peak power: 400 W at 1 ms
- Planar die construction for low leakage current
- Response time typically less than 1 ns
- Excellent clamping capability
- ESD rating Class 3 (> 16 kV) per human body model
- ESD protection for data lines: 30 kV (air), 30 kV (contact) per IEC 61000-4-2
- Compact SOD-123FL package
- Tape reel pin orientation: cathode pin toward sprocket holes
- Lead-free and RoHS compliant
- VBR at TJ = VBR@25°C × (1 + αT × (TJ − 25))
- UL recognized as isolating loop circuit protector per UL 497B
- UL recognized compound meets V-0 flammability rating
- Maximum temperature coefficient specified
