Zilog IXD1702D331ER-G

This series consists of CMOS high-speed voltage regulator ICs featuring 36V input and low supply current. The internal circuitry includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, drive transistor, overcurrent protection circuit, thermal protection circuit, soft-start circuit, and phase compensation circuit. The output voltage is fixed by internal laser trimming, with product options ranging from 1.8V to 18.0V. Built-in overcurrent protection and thermal protection circuits are activated when the output current reaches the current limit value or the junction temperature reaches the thermal limit. The soft-start circuit limits inrush current flowing from VIN to VOUT during IC startup, enabling a stable startup sequence. Applying a low-level signal to the CE pin places the IC in standby mode, reducing supply current to 0.1μA. The output capacitor CL supports low-ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors.
