Beschreibung
The TPS3850-Q1 combines a programmable window watchdog timer with a high-accuracy voltage monitor. The TPS3850-Q1 window comparator achieves 0.8% accuracy (-40°C to +125°C) for both overvoltage (VIT+(OV)) and undervoltage (VIT-(UV)) thresholds at the SENSE pin. The TPS3850-Q1 also provides high-accuracy hysteresis under both threshold conditions, making it well-suited for systems with stringent tolerance requirements. The monitor's RESET delay can be set via a factory-programmed default delay setting or programmed externally using a capacitor. The factory-programmed RESET delay offers 9.5% accuracy with a high-precision delay time. The TPS3850-Q1 features a programmable window watchdog timer suitable for a wide range of applications. A dedicated watchdog output (WDO) helps improve resolution to assist in identifying the root cause of fault conditions. The window watchdog timeout can be set via a factory-programmed default delay setting or programmed externally using a capacitor. The watchdog can be disabled via a logic pin to prevent unexpected watchdog timeouts during development. The TPS3850-Q1 is available in a compact 3.00mm × 3.00mm, 10-pin VSON package. The TPS3850-Q1 features wettable flanks for easy optical inspection.
