The window watchdog timeout can be set via a factory-programmed default delay setting or programmed externally using a capacitor. The watchdog can be disabled via a logic pin to prevent unexpected watchdog timeouts during development. The TPS3850-Q1 is available in a compact 3.00mm × 3.00mm, 10-pin VSON package. The TPS3850-Q1 features wettable flanks for easy optical inspection.
