The T489 standard terminations are 100% matte tin, providing excellent solderability and compatibility with today's SMT soldering systems. Sn/Pb terminations are available for any part number upon customer request. Gold-plated terminations are also available for conductive epoxy attachment processes. These devices are packaged as standard in tape and reel per EIA 481, fully compatible with all tape-and-reel pick-and-place equipment.
