Opis
This 8 Ampere bidirectional solid-state switch series is designed for AC switching and phase control applications such as motor speed and temperature regulation control, lighting control, and static switching relays. Sensitive devices ensure gate control in the first and fourth quadrants required by digital control circuits. Standard devices typically operate in the first and third quadrants triggered by AC lines. AC TRIAC devices operate only in the first, second, and third quadrants, for circuits requiring high dv/dt capability.
