AAP Gen 7 (TO-240AA) is the next generation of APP modules, combining excellent thermal performance achieved through the use of an exposed direct bonded copper substrate with an advanced, compact, and simplified package solution, while reducing the number of internal interfaces. These modules are suitable for general high-voltage applications such as high-voltage regulated power supplies, lighting circuits, temperature and motor speed control circuits, UPS, and battery chargers.
