Descrizione
These devices are single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel hermetic optocouplers. The products are capable of operation and storage over the full temperature range, and are available for purchase as commercial products, through full MIL-PRF-38534 Class H or Class K testing, or from DLA standard microcircuit drawing 5962-08227. All devices are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified production line, and Class H and Class K devices are included as hybrid microcircuits in the DLA Qualified Products Database supplementary information sheet QML-38534. Each channel contains a GaAsP LED that is optically coupled to an integrated high-gain photodetector. The high-gain output stage features an open-collector output, providing lower saturation voltage and higher signal transfer speed compared to conventional Darlington optocouplers. The supply voltage can operate as low as 3.0V without adversely affecting parametric performance. These devices offer a minimum current transfer ratio of 300% at an input current of only 0.5 mA, making them ideal for low input current applications such as MOS, CMOS, low-power logic interfaces, or line receivers.
