Broadcom ASMY-CWG0 surface mount LEDs utilize InGaN chip technology and superior package design to deliver higher light output and improved intensity performance. They dissipate heat more efficiently, resulting in better performance and higher reliability. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, these LEDs are packaged in tape and reel format. Each reel is shipped in a single intensity and color bin to ensure a high degree of consistency.
