The Broadcom 3535 surface mount LED is an energy-efficient LED capable of being driven at high drive currents with effective heat dissipation, resulting in superior reliability. Its low-profile package design is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring exceptional durability and high efficiency. In addition to compatibility with reflow soldering processes, the silicone encapsulant ensures superior performance and long service life. The LED is supplied in tape and reel packaging for easy pick-and-place assembly. Each reel is shipped in a single flux and color bin to provide a high degree of consistency.
