The XLamp XHP50.2 LED is the next-generation ultra-high-power LED, delivering the lowest system cost through optimal lumen density, reliability, and color consistency. Based on Cree LED's latest high-power LED technology, the XHP50.2 LED improves upon the XHP50 LED in lumen density, voltage characteristics, reliability, and optical performance — all within the same 5.0mm × 5.0mm package footprint. The new XHP50.2 LED offers lighting manufacturers with existing XHP50 designs a simple drop-in upgrade path to achieve higher system lumens per watt, eliminating the cost of redesign. Its unmatched lumen density and extended lifetime at elevated operating temperatures also enable innovative new lighting designs at lower system cost.
