The ATGBICS-compatible 321-0434-C 10/100/1000BASE-T copper SFP transceiver is a high-performance, cost-effective module compliant with IEEE 802.3-2002 and IEEE 802.3ab Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100/1000BASE-T standards, supporting data rates up to 10/100/1000Mbps over unshielded Cat 5 twisted-pair cable at distances up to 100 meters. The 321-0434-C supports 10/100/1000Mbps full-duplex data links using 5-level Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) signaling. All four pairs in the cable are utilized, with a symbol rate of 250Mbps per pair. The 321-0434-C provides standard serial ID information compliant with SFP MSA, accessible via a 2-wire serial CMOS EEPROM protocol at address A0h. The physical IC is also accessible via the 2-wire serial bus at address ACh.
