Beschreibung
The LMV821/LMV822/LMV824 operational amplifiers bring excellent performance and cost-effectiveness to low-voltage, low-power systems. These devices feature a unity-gain frequency of 5 MHz (at a 2.7 V supply voltage) and a slew rate of 1.4 V/μs, with a quiescent current of only 220 μA per amplifier. They can provide a rail-to-rail output (RRO) swing to a 600 Ω load. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, and the maximum input offset voltage is 3.5 mV. These devices can also easily drive large capacitive loads as described in the application section. The LMV821 single-channel operational amplifier comes in a tiny SC70-5 package (which is about half the size of an SOT23-5 package). The LMV824NDGV is rated for performance over the extended industrial temperature range and is available in a TVSOP package. Overall, the LMV821/LMV822/LMV824 devices are low-voltage, low-power, and high-performance operational amplifiers that can meet the requirements of a wide range of applications at an affordable price.
