The OP295 (A, B) supports peak pulsed forward current up to 5 A, the OP296 (A, B) up to 2 A, and the OP297A up to 1 A. The cathode lead is 0.06 inches (2.52 mm) shorter than the anode lead. The OP297FAB has reverse polarity compared to the OP297A. The silver-copper lead frame provides excellent thermal characteristics.
