This TPM implementation has achieved CC EAL4+ certification and serves as a basis for other TPM products and firmware upgrades. It is available in PG - VQFN - 32 - 13 package. It supports an SPI interface with a transfer rate of up to 43 MHz. The OPTIGA TPM SLB 9670 is a TPM based on TCG family 2.0 specifications.
