Beschreibung
This series of void-free, hermetically sealed bidirectional TVS diodes complies with MIL-PRF-19500/516 and is ideally suited for high-reliability applications where failure is not an option. They offer a selection of working peak "standoff" voltages from 5.2 to 152 volts, with a power rating of 1500 watts for 10/1000 μs pulses. They feature a hard glass construction for exceptional ruggedness and employ Class 1 internal metallurgical bonding for high reliability. These devices are available in standard suffix-free versions and "A" suffix versions with different voltage tolerances, as described in the part numbering section. These devices are also available in surface-mount MELF package configurations.
