The ProxSense series capacitive touchpads feature best-in-class sensitivity, SNR, and low-power characteristics. Automatic tuning of the sensing electrodes ensures optimal operation during production and environmental changes. All touchpad modules use FR4 PCB material compliant with RoHS2 and REACH standards, with a module PCB thickness of 1mm, OSP surface finish, and tin-plated pads at the user's required solder joints. Standard modules are not halogen-free. Touchpad sensing is implemented via the IQS572, connected to an 8x8 diamond grid, achieving 1792-pixel resolution in both X and Y directions. Modules are supplied with 3M double-sided tape (PSA). Some modules include a connector.
