This series of microcontrollers is an A/D type 8-bit Flash MCU featuring a high-performance RISC architecture with fully integrated touch key functionality. The integrated touch key capability combined with reprogrammable Flash memory provides a simple yet effective implementation method for a wide variety of touch key applications.

Analog features include a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter. The internal watchdog timer and low-voltage protection, along with strong noise immunity and ESD protection, ensure stable MCU operation in harsh electrical environments.

Touch key functionality is fully integrated within the MCU, enabling touch key applications with minimal external components. In addition to Flash program memory, this series incorporates RAM data memory and a True EEPROM for storing non-volatile data such as serial numbers and calibration data.

The series integrates both high- and low-speed oscillators on-chip, eliminating the need for external components. Dynamic switching between high and low system clocks gives users the ability to optimize MCU operation and reduce power consumption. On-chip I2C and SPI interfaces facilitate communication with external MCUs, while flexible I/O, 8-bit timers, and other features further enhance the functionality and versatility of this MCU series.
