0.5W axial-lead glass Zener voltage regulators in the 1N5518 to 1N5546 series, offering voltage options from 3.3V to 33V with tolerances ranging from ±1% to ±20%. Unless otherwise ordered, the standard tolerance is ±5% with suffix B. These axial-lead glass DO-35 Zener diodes are also available with an internal metallurgical bond option. The bonded Zener package construction is also available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV specifications. Microsemi also offers many other Zener products to meet higher and lower power application requirements.
