Beschreibung
The AD7610 is a 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) ADC manufactured using the iCMOS high-voltage process. The input range and operating mode of the device can be configured via hardware or a dedicated write-only serial configuration port. It integrates a 16-bit high-speed sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, an internal voltage reference (with buffer), error correction circuitry, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. On the falling edge of CNVST, it samples the differential analog input voltage between IN+ and IN−. Four analog input ranges are available: 0 V to 5 V, 0 V to 10 V, ±5 V, and ±10 V. Power consumption scales linearly with throughput. The device is offered in a lead-free 48-lead LQFP and LFCSP_VQ package. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
