Descrizione
The ATtiny87/167 is a low power, CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. The ATtiny87/167 is a 20/32-pins device with 8/16 KB Flash, 512 bytes SRAM and 512 bytes EEPROM. By executing instructions in a single clock cycle, the devices achieve CPU throughput approaching one million instructions per second (MIPS) per megahertz, allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
