Opis
AiP431/AiP432 are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators that meet specified thermal stability across both commercial and industrial temperature ranges. The output voltage can be set to any value between Vref (approximately 2.5V) and 36V using two external resistors. The device features a typical output impedance of 0.2Ω. It serves as an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in many applications, such as op-amp circuits, adjustable power supplies, and switching power supplies. AiP432 offers identical functionality and electrical characteristics to AiP431, but with a different package pin assignment.
