Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. R3111H251C-T1-FE

The R3111x series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs featuring high detection threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current, capable of operating at extremely low voltages for applications such as system reset. Each IC consists of a voltage reference cell, comparator, resistors for setting the detection threshold, output driver, and hysteresis circuit. The detection threshold is internally fixed with high precision, requiring no adjustment. Three output types are available: N-channel open-drain "L" type, N-channel open-drain "H" type, and CMOS type. The R3111x series operates at lower voltages than the Rx5VL series and can be powered by a single battery cell. Seven package types are available: TO-92, SOT-89, SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-82AB, SC-88A, and SON1612-6.
