The HX9193-XXGB-N series are high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS technology. This series integrates a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast-response low-dropout performance. This series is compatible with ceramic capacitors that are smaller in size than tantalum capacitors, and does not require a 0.1 μF bypass capacitor, further saving board space and reducing cost. With high-accuracy output stability and fast transient response to handle load current fluctuations, it is particularly well-suited for handheld devices and RF applications. By controlling the CE pin on the chip, the output can be shut down. The quiescent current after shutdown is only 0.1 μA (typ.), significantly reducing power consumption.
