The MD53UXX series are low dropout, high output voltage accuracy, low quiescent current, high ripple rejection, positive voltage linear regulators developed using CMOS technology. Due to the built-in low on-resistance transistor, the input-output voltage differential is low. The maximum operating voltage reaches 10V, making it suitable for applications requiring higher voltage ratings.
