STM32CubeMonitor-Power (STM32CubeMonPwr) helps developers quickly analyze the power consumption/ultra-low power of target boards and optimize the energy efficiency of their applications. This software tool acquires power measurement data via the energy meter of the STLINK-V3PWR probe, X-NUCLEO-LPM01A expansion board, or the dedicated interposer board of the STM32L562E-DK Discovery kit, and displays the measurement results through an intuitive graphical interface. For STLINK-V3PWR, dynamic current measurement covers a wide range from 100 nA to 500 mA, while allowing updates to acquisition parameters and real-time data rendering. EEMBC ULPBench testing is supported, providing accurate ULPMark scores directly. The tool supports STM32 32-bit microcontrollers based on Arm Cortex-M processors.

- Sampling rate up to 100 kHz
- Executes ULPBench tests and estimates ULPMark scores
- Data sub-sampling on reception for real-time graphical rendering without losing any data points
- Records power consumption measurements for predefined or unlimited duration
- Intuitive data navigation with mouse-based zoom and pan
- Controls energy meter functions (acquisition frequency, supply voltage, triggers, etc.) from GUI
- Calculates energy consumption
- Supports saving acquired data and loading saved data
- Multi-OS support: Windows, Linux, and macOS
