Opis
The HX3216 series is a low-power, high-voltage linear regulator fabricated using CMOS process technology, with a maximum input voltage of 10V and an output voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V. With integrated internal filter capacitors, the two external 10μF input/output capacitors can be omitted from the application circuit. Key features include high-accuracy output voltage, ultra-low quiescent current, and ultra-low dropout voltage.
