The HX70XXA series is a three-terminal low-voltage detector implemented in CMOS technology. This series detects fixed voltages ranging from 2.2V to 7V and consists of four functional blocks: a high-accuracy, low-power reference voltage source, a comparator, a hysteresis circuit, and an output driver. CMOS technology ensures low power consumption. Although the detector is primarily designed for fixed-voltage detection, user-defined threshold voltages can also be monitored via external components (NMOS open-drain type only).
