FM FM3783BA

FM3783 is a low-power Primary-Side Regulation (PSR) switching power supply IC with an integrated high-power BJT, suitable for isolated high-efficiency low-power portable charger applications. It employs a unique PSR control technique with constant current and constant voltage (CC/CV) capability, along with a proprietary light-load frequency modulation technique to reduce self-power consumption under light-load conditions for high-efficiency operation. An output line loss compensation technique ensures sufficient output power at high current. Additional features include over-temperature protection, VCC undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, and collector open-circuit protection. The compact SOP-7 package facilitates system design and layout routing.
